Who are you? Where are you located?
Best Price Pets is a discount online pet-store operated by a veterinarian-owned, registered Australian company. We have been supplying quality, brand-name pet health care products since 2009. We are located in Brisbane, Australia and serve the needs of pets all around the world every day. More information about us, please see our About Us page.
In what currency are the prices listed?
All prices in this store are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are invoiced and billed in that currency.
Do you stock genuine products?
All the products we stock are new, genuine products sourced from reputable veterinary wholesalers in Australia (where we are located). All products are produced and packaged for the Australian market by the original manufacturers, and feature the same active ingredients as versions produced for the US and other international markets. The products we stock are identical to ones sold in Australian veterinary clinics (as we use the same wholesalers). Products are marked in kilograms (kg) - 1kg = 2.2lb.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We use PayPal to process your credit card payment (no PayPal account required). More about paying with a credit card.
How do I pay with a credit card?
We use PayPal to process our credit card payments. This does not mean that you need a PayPal account. After choosing the 'Credit card or PayPal' option at checkout and selecting 'Place order' you will be transferred to a payment page. It will look something like this (we have highlighted the area to click to pay via credit card):

The area to click on to pay via credit card is highlighted. Your payment page may look slightly different depending on your device, but there will be a link to pay via credit card. Select that link and enter your credit card details as prompted.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $6.50 per order for International Airmail. Shipping includes Free Insurance against loss or damage to your order. Other shipping options may be available depending on location - these will be displayed at checkout.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the USA, UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery guidelines for mainland USA are 1-3 weeks. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for further details.
Can I get tracking information?
In-transit tracking is not currently available for International Airmail. All orders are covered by our Delivery Guarantee, which protects you against loss or damage to your order. If your order does not arrive within the delivery guidelines please contact us so we can follow it up with our carrier.
What if my order doesn't arrive or gets damaged?
All orders are covered against loss or damage - where a correct shipping address has been provided by a customer, we guarantee delivery. If your order does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us.
